Mesura Ed exists because running a school shouldn’t mean juggling six tools, three spreadsheets, and a WhatsApp group. We’re a small team building software that puts the registrar, the bursar, and the principal back in control.

Mesura Ed began inside a single school in Monrovia, where the registrar was rebuilding the same student roster every term — by hand, in three colour-coded spreadsheets, before the bell rang. We wrote the first version to give her one place to look, one source of truth, and her mornings back.
Today the same platform runs across hundreds of schools — but the brief hasn’t changed. Replace the spreadsheets, unify the records, and make sure no parent, teacher, or finance officer ever has to ask “which version is the real one?” again.
We don’t have a 40-page handbook. We have four rules — and we hold every roadmap decision against them.
Every workflow is designed with the registrar, the bursar, the form-master in mind — not just the IT director. If it adds a click, it doesn't ship.
We don't sell features. We sell calmer Mondays, faster registrations, and parents who feel informed. The software is the means, not the point.
Student records are sacred. We encrypt at rest, audit every change, and treat every byte of school data like it belongs to the family it represents.
Built in Africa, built for everywhere. Multi-currency, offline-friendly, language-ready — because great schools exist in every postcode.
Principals get oversight. Teachers get fewer logins. Bursars get clean books. Parents get answers without phoning the office.
